Partner agreement

Who this is between

You, the partner, and Logicosmo. For anything about the partnership, write to info@logicosmo.com.

Your link and what it gives

You receive a personal link. Anyone who buys through it receives a discount, and you receive a commission:

• Readings: 20% off for the client; 20% of what the client pays, to you, once per purchase.
• Oracles (subscriptions): 10% off every month for the client; 10% of every month the client pays, to you, for as long as the subscription and your link stay active.
• The commission is calculated on what the client actually pays after their discount, before payment-processing fees, which are ours.
• A sale counts when the client arrives through your link and pays in the same visit. We cannot credit a purchase made later from another device or by typing the address.

When and how you are paid

Each commission waits 15 days after the payment, the window in which a purchase can still be refunded. A refund inside that window removes the commission.

After that, commissions are sent automatically through Stripe. To receive them you complete Stripe's own setup; your identity and bank details go to Stripe and never to Logicosmo.

If a payment is refunded or disputed after its commission was paid, that amount may be reversed or deducted from your future commissions.

Your welcome reading

After a short review we send you a code for one reading of your own at 50%, once. It is for you, not for resale or sharing.

How to talk about Logicosmo

• Say what it is: a reading of a symbolic system, carefully prepared for one person. Never promise predictions, events, outcomes or guarantees.
• No medical, psychological, legal or financial claims.
• Make clear that it is a partnership when you recommend it publicly — for example with #publi or #parceria.
• No spam: do not send your link to people who did not ask to hear from you, and do not post it where it is unwelcome.
• Do not present yourself as Logicosmo, use its name in paid search ads, or create pages or profiles that look like ours.

Your own purchases

Purchases you make through your own link are welcome. Logicosmo may limit the discount or the commission on them.

Privacy

You see what your link sold and what you earned. You do not see who bought: the people you bring are Logicosmo's clients, and their details stay private.

Taxes

Commissions are your income. Declaring and paying any tax due on them is your responsibility.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Commissions already earned keep the terms they were earned under.

You can end the partnership at any time by writing to us. We may pause or end a link that breaks this agreement; commissions earned honestly before that are still paid.
