Who you are buying from

What you are buying

One written reading, made from the birth details and certainty you provide, delivered as a document by email. It is written for you and for nobody else.

It is not a subscription. There is nothing recurring, and nothing to cancel later.

Price

The price is shown in full before you pay, in US dollars or Brazilian reais depending on where you are. What you see on the order page is what is charged — there is nothing added at the last step.

The two prices are set independently for each market. They are not conversions of one another, so the amount in one currency will not match the other at any exchange rate.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never pass through this site.

Delivery

Your reading arrives by email within 48 hours of payment, at the address you paid with.

If something happens and we cannot meet that, we write to you before the window is up and you choose: wait, or take a full refund. You will not be left wondering.

Check your spam folder before writing to us — that is where the first one usually is.

Refunds

You can cancel and take a full refund at any time before your reading is sent. Write to us and it is done, without questions and without needing a reason.

Because each reading is prepared specifically from the information you provide, purchases are ordinarily non-refundable once the completed reading has been delivered.

Requests involving non-delivery, duplicate payment, technical failure, or a material failure to provide the service as advertised will be reviewed, and corrected or refunded as appropriate.

That includes a mistake on our side — the wrong birth details, the wrong person's chart. Write to us and we put it right.

What we need from you

A reading is built on the birth details you give us, and the birth time matters more than anything else. An hour's error moves the reading onto a different foundation.

So please check them before you pay, and if you realise afterwards that something was wrong, write to us before the reading is delivered and we will use the corrected details at no extra cost.

What this is, and what it is not

This is a reading in a symbolic tradition that is thousands of years old, offered for reflection. That is all it claims to be.

It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional in any of those fields. Decisions about your health, your money or your life are yours, and you make them.

Referral discounts

If you arrived through someone's link, the discount is applied automatically at checkout and you will see it before you pay. One discount per order; they do not stack.

A code that has expired or been withdrawn simply does not apply. It never blocks the purchase.

Your reading is yours

Keep it, print it, hang it on a wall, show it to whoever you like. It was made for you.

What you may not do is sell it, or publish it as though it were your own work. The text and the images in it remain ours.

If something goes wrong

Write to info@logicosmo.com. A person reads it, and we would far rather fix a problem than have you take it elsewhere.

Logicosmo sells worldwide and these terms are governed by Brazilian law, where the business is based.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the day you bought.
